Corporate lawyer and solicitor
The city lawyer uses reMarkable Paper Pure to bridge the gap between her “Type A” professional life and her “Type B” personal one.
Mia Siddique is a West Sussex-based solicitor and the creator of Legally Possible, a platform she founded seven years ago to prove that a career in law is accessible to everyone, regardless of their background.
With an LLM Master’s in Law and five years in the legal industry, Mia balances a high-pressure corporate career with a successful secondary role as a digital creator.

The power of the pen
“Writing by hand makes me think slower, and I think better for it. Typing is so fast that it’s easy to get distracted by the next thing. This tablet slows down my process, making my notes stronger and more concise,” she says. “It’s helped me get my handwriting confidence back, too.”

Everything, all in one place.
"My desk was covered in paper, but now everything is in one place. Whether marking up legal documents or making personal plans, the folder system keeps me organized. It’s amazing for my scattered brain, as all my notes are now searchable.”
Beyond her legal career, Mia is currently navigating a major personal milestone: her wedding. She says: “Planning a wedding while working in law is a lot, but I have a dedicated folder with 20 notebooks ready to go. I use the daily planner every evening; if plans change, I just update it. It’s been amazing for keeping my personal life as organized as my work life.”

Where ideas come together
“Social media is my second job, so my digital life is usually chaotic. reMarkable Paper Pure is different — it’s just calm. Without apps or alerts, I have more time for my own thoughts. It’s even gotten me back into reading because I’m not constantly reaching for another distraction.”

All the tools you need right at your fingertips
“The folders and tags are incredibly intuitive. Even for those who aren't technical, it's so simple — anyone could do it. It’s helped me become more 'Type A' and organized, which is exactly what I needed to manage my workload.”
Annotating PDFs on a computer is a hassle in Mia’s opinion. With the tablet, she can circle, star, and make notes just like on paper, but without the mess. She can also share, store, and connect her work to her other devices with just a click of a button. She says: “It makes me more accurate — I catch details I’d usually miss on a screen. It’s simplified my workflow and made my document reviews much faster.”
