Time and date: Choose what best suits you. If you, for example, are on vacation, we can hold your order until you are back.
Delivery: Ask the driver to place it on the porch, give it to you directly, or have a friend sign for it.
If you don't change any details via the link, the package will be delivered as soon as possible to your original shipping address.

Yes, with a Connect subscription, all your notes and documents are automatically synced online via our unlimited cloud storage service. That means they’ll always be kept safely in the cloud and be instantly accessible from your other smart devices in our apps.
Without Connect, only files used and synced online in the last 50 days will continue to be stored in the reMarkable cloud or updated in our mobile and desktop apps. It’s also possible to turn off the sync functionality if you don’t wish to use the cloud service.
If you're left-handed, don't worry. A few of our colleagues are also left-handed. They want to make sure all lefties have an excellent experience with their reMarkable device.
You can configure left-handed mode when you set up your reMarkable. We've also made it easy to switch between left and right-handed modes in the settings menu.
