Connect is a subscription service that gives you access to unlimited cloud storage and sync, lets you write, create, and edit in our mobile and desktop apps, and gives up to three years’ added device protection with the reMarkable Protection Plan.
All new reMarkable customers get a 100-day free Connect trial which can be activated on my.remarkable.com during setup. Your subscription can be canceled anytime. Read more about Connect.After your new paper tablet arrives, log in to my.remarkable.com and create an account to activate your 100-day free Connect trial. You can easily manage your Connect subscription at my.remarkable.com. After logging in to your account, you can update your payment details, view your payment history, select monthly or annual billing, or cancel your subscription.
All our new customers with a new reMarkable account will be offered a 100-day free trial to Connect, when buying in our webshop and you can pair up to 3 devices to your account.
Rest assured, any files you have stored in the cloud will remain safe and will not be deleted if you cancel your subscription. However your files will stop syncing with our desktop and mobile apps if they go unedited for 50 days after your subscription has been cancelled. Additionally, the ability to write and edit notes directly within the reMarkable desktop and mobile apps will no longer be available.
