The new paper tablet received one of the highest scores for any product tested, embodying design principles that help reduce distractions, fostering clearer thinking and calm productivity.
reMarkable Paper Pro is the first paper tablet in the world to become Calm Tech Certified™. Introduced by the Calm Tech Institute, the certification program recognizes technology that prioritizes customer well-being by reducing their stress and cognitive load.

What is Calm Tech Certification?
To be awarded certification by the Calm Tech Institute, a product is evaluated against an 84-point standard based on calm technology principles. Examples include the product’s use of attention, periphery, robustness, light, sound, and material use.
